Marcia L. Kraft has been in private practice in both Woodland Hills and Simi Valley for almost 20 years. The office focuses on all aspects of Family Law including Child Custody and Property issues, Probate, Estate and Trust Planning and Litigation including Personal Injury and Employment matters for both plaintiffs and defendants. She is a member of various referral services including the Ventura County Bar Association and the San Fernando Valley Bar Association as well as a member of the referral service for AARP amongst others.
 
Ms. Kraft’s experience includes being an arbitrator for cases for the Ventura County Superior Court, being a mediator on Probate and Family Law matters for Los Angeles County Superior Court and sitting as a Judge Pro Tem in both Small Claims and Traffic courts.
 
Ms. Kraft is a caring and conscientious attorney who always advocates vigorously for her clients.
 
Most recently, Ms. Kraft was the president of the Valley Community Legal Foundation of the San Fernando Valley Bar association. The VCLF does  charitable work providing scholarships and grants to the community. One of the recent projects was the development and installation of a Children’s Waiting Room at the Van Nuys courthouse.
 
Ms. Kraft earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the State University of  New York at Stony Brook and her Juris Doctor from Southwestern University in Los Angeles, California.

Jeremy M. Johnson specializes in  handling traffic violation matters and DUI cases. He also assists with family law litigation. 

Jeremy M. Johnson received his Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, LA, and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Irvine.  He competed as an NCAA Division I cross-country runner while attending UC Irvine and continues to be an avid runner, participating in several running events per year. 

In the past, he worked for the Public Defender’s office in Louisiana.

Leslie Nordon

Leslie is an associate attorney in the Woodland Hills office. Leslie is widely diversified in the practice of law. She mainly focuses on Family Law and Probate but is equally adept on business and consumer issues. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. And she received her Juris Doctor from Southwestern University in Los Angeles, California. She is a member of several local bar associations. Leslie is married and has two children.

Javier Ramirez

Javier Ramirez is an Associate Attorney at the Woodland Hills office. Javier received his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Los Angeles and his undergraduate degrees from Yale University in English and History of Art.

Prior to joining the firm, Javier practiced general civil litigation, including civil rights discrimination and personal injury. At the Law Offices of Marcia L. Kraft,  Javier handles matters concerning wills, trusts, estate planning, bankruptcy, employment litigation and debt collection. He is a member of  the San Fernando Valley, Ventura and Los Angeles County Bar Associations.

 

Laura Eaton 

Laura Eaton is an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Marcia L. Kraft. She specializes in Family Law. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.

Laura received his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Laura has always been interested in child advocacy and has worked at the Children's Law Center in Monterey Park, California as well as the Alliance for Children's Rights.
